Just curious but the infinite resources isn't really infinite, like the number that is displayed is infinite, but there is still downtime on the worker cause the output by each factory is still the same ie (2.3/pm) or is the infinite resources used for some form of trading ?
I also see each buildings stockpiles number also isn't affected
could be client server model within the game. If it's not useful then I'll remove it. Let me know.
Thank you for the trainer guys.
Just a heads up to anyone using trainer. At the moment, "NumPad4: Unlimited Building Integrity" will eventually cause the game to crash. The crash is triggered once Mars is fully mapped by a single Scanner being boosted due to the increased productivity.
You beat me to that haha, it seems will speed up everything and eventually crash the game, couldn't save 😣 lucky found out in early stage
sure you can save. You can save any time you like. In fact I reccommend it in these city building games.
best,
Cal
Confirming just stopping the scanner before you hit 100% and scrapping it prevents the game crash.
I do feel like I have some other issue where colonists will not leave their colonies to go to research outposts but I haven't narrowed down what is causing that behavior. Would appreciate if anyone else has any insight.

yes but, you will need to beable to build scanners later too, when you need to find more resources etc, and once it starts scanning, even with option 4 disabled, the game will crash again. So dont think your safe. I did the same thing, then had to build scanners to find uranium, but it crashed my game as soon as it started.
The best thing is to reload a save, or restar the game to before you placed your first scanner, and do as isuggested above, disable option 4, build scanner, scan an area, then scrap the scanner, and then you can use option 4 again.

You don't need to rebuild them. I didn't and uranium was visible on the map. If you are having trouble finding it, I found a bunch sw of my starting location.
Another thing I wanted to add is that the unlimited resource and especially the easy resource (numpad 2) affects the enemy as well.
This is not only a city-building game but a also a tactical sim, so you have enemies.
It unlocks military research branch with other resources like uranium that is for example not "unlimited" by numpad 1
Cheers
Uranium did go unlimited for me with option 1. I can't tell if it effects enemies, but the enemy was very easy to kill anyway with super researched drones.
