How to duplicate runes?

Does anyone know how to duplicate runes? Example: you have a good rune and you want it to stack it multiple times. How do you clone/ duplicate that rune? Can someone explain?

Put it in inventory,
Set Inventory Item To 100

That only works with stackable items. I cant seem to clone or duplicate runes. So I am hoping someone can explain how to dupe runes.

BTW does anyone know how the shop runes reset? Cuz I can't seem to find a pattern. Sometimes I play for a hours and nothing and sometimes they are refilled within a couple of quests.
