Will this mess with cross platform save?

Any idea if using the trainer will cause an issue with the cross save? I bought it for Xbox then remembered I had Ubisoft+, so I have also been playing on PC when I can't use the console. Being able to continue where I left off on either platform has been nice. Before I started doing anything crazy I wanted to see if it would cause the cross saving to break.

I've been using the trainer to upgrade gear/settlement and skill points. I haven't had any issues swapping between PC and PS4.
