Am I missing a step? Seems to work for all other stackable items but opal. Or is there something server side preventing it? When I first activated it, it said I picked up the max amount, but in my inventory, it was still 61.

Like Orichalcum from Oddessy, it looks like opal are a server-side deal with locations/etc counted and flagged that way.

It's indeed server side. I've managed to change the value and when I attempted to buy something it threw a server error at me and then reset the value to what it was before I changed it.

And it looks like all the ones that you buy with it are cosmetic as well.

hmm, i too rememebr seeing 99999999 opals added, no matter, i can use the teleport to go get them all pretty fast
