i left the super damage on when coming into town and now most npc and quest cant finish is there a way to get it to work or will i need to start a new game?

teleport doesn't work. idk if I'm using it wrong. please explain how to use it. the description on it isn't clear,

I can also warn DO NOT leave super damage on when entering a town...It will indeed kill all the NPCs within and will break quests!

Be careful with the "Collect Max Items" option, it will crash the game if you try to take the flying paper things.
