This is a single player mod with its own server completely separate from the original online game. In this mod theirs no battle eye anti-cheat software so were all good there. It has mostly all aspects of the online game, only its single player. Would love a trainer for this if possible. Check it out for yourself for more info.
EmuTarkov is a Server Emulator and separate client for EFT. All PMCs are bots and it is customizable, you keep your loot after a raid unlike normal single-player. This requires you having the main game files with the right version.

Unfortunately the main menu where you access your inventory is server sided because the inventory needs to connect to all the servers, even if your not doing anything with the inventory in offline mode the inventory stays as server-sided meaning its always active on the online servers.
