They have announced this latest patch is the last major update for the EA, if that means anything. Though, I suspect not.
Patch #9 is our final major update before our August 2023 launch as we put the finishing touches on BG3. This community-inspired update is a direct response to your feedback, and brings some of your most requested features and changes to Baldur’s Gate 3. We’ve boosted the level cap, revamped our Reactions System, unlocked Flying and unveiled a long-awaited playable class: Paladins, along with many other new additions, tweaks and fixes. Streaming live from the jolliest place on Earth – Belgium – today’s Panel From Hell gives you a first look at all this new content in action.

Would you guys consider resuming trainer support now that we're in the last big update to the EA version till full game release?
It just updated TWICE yesterday. How about we give it a little longer.

STATUS: ON HOLD - This game is currently patching very frequently and/or is early access with few downloads. It is counter-productive to continue updating the trainer under these circumstances. When the title becomes more stable and/or is out of early access, it will be re-evaluated for an updated trainer. Trainer updates for this game may still be released intermittently while in this status depending on our current workload.

They actually release the game out of Early Access, THEN I will re look at it. Even then, it's highly likely they wont properly test this dog, even though they've patched it 1000 times over years now, and when it releases out of early access it will patch a dozen times.
You can ask the developers when they plan to stop toying with it and release the final build.
best,
