Just did patch 4. Ran trainer as admin. Launched the game. Pressed F1, "Please wait. failed."

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Addendum - Using the latest trainer 4.1.90.2222 (STEAM+GOG). Updated to patch 4. Run the Trainer as Admin, launch game, (even ALT Tabbed), and tried it that way. Press F1, "Please Wait. Failed."

i recemend waiting with the new trainer, the patch is extremly bugy, people cant even start the game after updating, wait for a hotfiks or 2

Couple things

this game is still in early alpha I guess. Early Access. This means endless tinkering and big patches like this that have game altering and massive function changes that completely bork the trainer and change a lot of stuff. This also means a lot of work on our end to basically have to start over.



this patch made all my save games (like 100 of them) DEPRICATED
this means all my saves for updating the trainer at specific spots are no longer usable
What kind of developer does this? Makes old saves not work any more? This is literally hours and hours of my life I will never get back.

Second, the update broke like 2/3 of the code in this trainer. It will take hours, maybe a couple days to update this. It's not a 15 minute patch update.

Anyone has saves from further along in the game, preferably where you already have spells, gold, items, buddies, and you are right before combat, etc. will help tremendously.

Otherwise, likely best to check back tomorrow or Sunday. This won't be quick.
