Just a quick report of the "unlock all items" giving me the following error and a "failed" alert when being used on the big shell mission with raiden

All other options seem to work fine which is a bit weird,
The only unofficial thing i have with the game is running it with v's fix for better controller capability and higher quality resolution etc
Delete trainer and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer, run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again.

every time i enable unlock all weapons/items the game crashes.
is there something i need to do before i enable those options?
Getting to a point in the game where unlocks become available, would be a good first start.

So i did what you said and progressed through the story far enough and tried enabling the two options. it shows me the weapons and items but when i try to equip certain weapons/items then the game crashes.
I reckon it could be down to the trainer literally unlocking EVERYTHING
So obviously in the game you have two campaigns of sorts,
the tanker with snake and then big shell with raiden
Each campaign has its OWN set of weapons and items that can be used and i think when you try say using something from the snake tanker chapter with raiden on the big shell the game freaks out and crashes
Might be that the unlock items feature may need to be split into two segments,
One for Tanker and then one for big shell

Yeah that's what it is. i looked it up and it seems that's how it is for other people the cheat unlocks everything for both characters and when i choose a weapon/item that belong to the other character then the game crashes.
Makes sense, trying to train a value that is not present in that mode would probably do it. Best to stick to the mission approved stuff to avoid the crash. 💀
