Full game version is out now on Steam. They have a discount of at least 10% currently. Otherwise, game is $19.99 US.

You can message the trainer maker, since it's up to them when the ON HOLD comes off, just keep in mind this week is a little busier than most, lot's in the work queue to get done first.
