I'm going to need to look and see if there are any new videos on the new ways the Enchant system works. I'm rather confused now.
At any rate, the only mods I use for the game now is the bigger inventory mod and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary so everything is fine on my end. Even without the mod, the game & cheats work as intended.....for the most part.

my post was the list of mods i use and I tested the trainer in Vanilla and worked my way though the list and saw that the super speed was not working as i was running around to get some things to have something to save so i would know what mod i was using causing my saving issue which fixed itself after i removed all the mods and adding them in one at a time.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
