Does anyone know the console command that will force character ID's to appear when you hover over a character? I've used the trainer to enable to console, but I can only target my own character as I don't know other IDs.
You need to enable the console in the trainer. Press the tilde key and there should be a enable debug info button below. You need to enable that to see debug info such as character ID's or County ID's. Enable that option then you can type charinfo 1 or just charinfo perhaps and it should enable that to be displayed.
