Whats the chances of a trainer coming out for this when it comes out since it is an always online game? It will have a option to play single player only.

Chances are low. Games that require you to be online usually uses a client / server architecture where the values are stored on their servers which means you cannot edit them. In some cases values are stored on client side and the online requirement is just some sort of DRM, then a trainer can be made but that's rather an exception.

This is going to be peer to peer with cloud saves So I would imagine you can use a trainer?

Co-op uses peer to peer connection but your characters are stored in the cloud, not locally.
You can also choose to close your party to play solo.

As stated by the devs on Reddit, this game is always online and all characters data stored on the cloud across all platforms. So I think any temper with data will flag and ban your account.. remind me of Genshin Impact (at least it was free though😝
