I notice when I am using NumPad5: Unlimited Ammo and NumPad6: No Reload that the game crashes completly when exiting combat. Also trying to use any kind of throwable crashes the game also

No it happened several times in the last week

Not sure which version of the game you're playing on, but I'm using GOG and up until the patch yesterday, the trainer worked 100% as intended for me. With the newest patch not so much...

Also for Staff people I included a screen shot of the editor section being broken that I couldn't include in my request for an update...

What features still work with the latest patch?

Cal, fixed it but, just for the record the patch seemed to have borked the whole trainer. The only thing that worked on the GOG edition was XP and Money in the editor.

For me the game crashes when the trainer is activated and I am exiting combat with Unlimited Ammo and No Reload. Just freezes and I have to close it using Task Manager. I also have Unlimited Attack and Move enabled but when using just that it doesn't crash. So something is happening with my game using the trainer with the two options above active. I am on the latest patch and have the game via Steam.
