Anno 2070: Deep Ocean Message Board  

Hi guys. I am getting Invalid CD Key error now after installing Deep Ocean DLC and also got the no text bug (fixed with offlinepatcher). I also have UPlay installed and some games on there. Now, am unable to play Anno as I keep getting the invalid CD Key and pressing "continue" does nothing.

Update: I was able to launch game through the Offlinepatcher, but I have to run that through command prompt. Tried to launch game through Steam (Purchased game platform) and UPlay, but both came up with invalid CD key. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Any help appreciated 😀

do you have the downloaded version of the game or do you actually own it on uplay or steam?

I own the Steam version of Anno 2070, and the Deep Ocean DLC which I just purchased today. I got the no text on buttons/menu bug when I tried to launch game after installing the Deep Ocean DLC, and read on Steam Forums to use Offlinepatcher to fix that bug. Now, I am getting the invalid CD key message when trying to launch game through Steam, and also UPlay (game is in UPlay library also, but was purchased through Steam). Only way I can launch game now is by running the Offlinepatcher first, but that has to be run through a command prompt. Any help or fix is greatly appreciated 😀

that is very weird, i would say reinstall the game and DLC and run it normal.
otherwise its best to contact steam or ubisoft support.
