Good morning, I am currently doing working with GRBP trying to figure out a method for modifying the ROF of the equipped weapon. Using Cosmos, I've been able to identify the addresses that hold the values for the ROF of the equipped weapon, freezing or changing them does nothing.
I'm not particularly savvy with ASM, though after finding an address that writes to several of the addresses that hold the correct value, modifying the ASM function effected the recoil of the equipped weapon so I do believe I am at least on the right track.
I have been trying to find pointers to the addresses I'm talking about but when I compare pointer maps to the live address I get no results. I am kinda at a loss on this part.
Every instance of the game my addresses look something like this:
LinkThe two addresses that always start with a lower number act somewhat different than the others [ they take longer to change after switching weapons, and when switching to a sidearm the value is different but still round [IE when the other values show 500 ROF for the 1911, these two show 700]]
The other 4 values always change together when switching weapons, they briefly go down to zero in the middle of the weapon switch ]when you would technically be unarmed]. But they always stay together and are true to whatever the ROF of your equipped weapon is. This is true for all weapons from SMG, Shotgun, Assault, LMG and sniper, sidearms as well [besides the 2 lower value addresses]
