I have been playing the game for about 7 hours. I have the steam version. I used the trainer for about 5 hours. While hitting escape in game to quit game I noticed the option to "login to server" was greyed out and offline. I closed the trainer and closed the game. Booted it back up and the option was still greyed out and not selectable. It's possible the server is down for maintenance since I guess they had some issues with a small group on old OS. But just to be safe, it wont hurt.

Login to server was grey to me without using any trainer too

Doesn't the login button being greyed out simply just mean that you're already logged in? That was how it worked on the PS4 version iirc.

yes i think so because there was other people made stuff out of the world when it was greyed when i was playing

press tab to view your map and it will say whether you are online or offline on the top right side.

There is a massive problem right now with the game syncing with the server, especially on region change loads, such as going from Port Knot City on Fragile's boat, you will encounter a static loading screen as it tries to continually connect, which is annoying when you lose some things in private lockers out in the field that isn't yours.

Going offline is a work around, but it then removes you getting needed likes from people to rank yourself.

Hopefully 505 games will fix the issue.

Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
