Perhaps later or an update some things like Unlimited Bandwith etc can be added, certain things unlock the further you go in the game, so obviously some options wont be available right away
I tried for a long time to isolate without finding it. I think it's hardcoded and tied to your level (the stars on the bottom).
It's probably doable but I ran out of time.
best,

No Epic Store Version?
Give the guys time, I'm sure its coming 🙂
Just a small word of warning for those using this unlimited durability causes a looping sound effect so if you don't want to hear that the entire time you are playing consider using the other durability options.
Edit: at least for me I have isolated it to that option maybe not for everyone will wait for conformation from someone else I suppose.

Can confirm.
It probably has something to do with the method employed for unlimited durability. Instead of locking it, it is constantly trying to heal or repair it maybe?

I can confirm as well. Option * and option + (unlimited durability and Unlimited items do the constant noise) Just started the game, accepted the first mission after you rejoin the bridges.
Disabled A/V, Ran both steam (game) and trainer as Admin. Is there any other info you all need?

I did the same.
I just started using the other two durability options and they work perfectly. Your things will lose durability while out in the rain but before delivering you can turn them on run through all the stuff in your inventory and it works fine. I think you can probably just toggle them on and leave them on as well meaning that at pretty much any time you can just go into your inventory and reset the durability of your items without worrying about hearing that sound.
