Um, your Character has the items. But, mine doesn't. My Character's Inventory was empty upon starting new character. Am I supposed to get them after Intro area? Before I used your save for game, I recently played game for first time ever and got past intro area and was supposed to talk to a Commander/General?

Ahhh I finally get it !!! I always SKIP THE TUTORIAL when I create a new character !!! is the last option when you create a new character. Well I believe after you speak with the commander and have to activate the Red Crystal things should go normal, that you will receive the rewards. Otherwise if you are impatient create a new character and use the skip tutorial

I'm pretty sure those items are tied to your steam account somehow, since they're considered "account-wide" unlocks.....
Strange computer problems: corrupt files, ancient viruses feasting on your computer and files that don't exist anymore yet still exist or the complete opposite of that. That is my computer life in a nutshell and I love every second of it.
