Just confirming the official release (Ie when most people will have it and be able to play it) according to official communications to backers when releasing the keys:

You will be able to play Wrath of the Righteous on the 2nd of September, starting from 19:00 MSK / 18:00 CEST / 12 P.M. EDT / 9 A.M. PDT. A Day One patch will also become available at that moment.

Obviously a trainer after that would be very appreciated but as someone else said, I'd expect a flurry of patches to early bugs that might make it not worth doing if it is complicated. I suspect simple things like money cheats will be doable via CMOS for most people.
