CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool

I am attempting to use this tool for A Plague Tale: Innocence (Steam) as there is no current trainer for this game. I primarily want to make one that allows for unlimited health or "undetected" status so that I can freeroam to finish collectibles. I tried to do a scan, but being that there isn't much of a health bar active, I am not sure if I am able to find what I am looking for. Any help would be appreciated.
