Got a new computer with Win10(previously had Win7) and first thing I did was install Chrome. But Chrome is blocking trainer downloads saying they're dangerous. Never did this on my old computer. I've looked in the settings on Chrome and I don't see a "Stop dangerous files from being downloaded" switch. Anyone know the right way to fix this?

In the top-right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu. Select Settings. Click Show advanced settings. Under "Privacy," uncheck the box "Protect you and your device from dangerous sites"
Remember to turn it back on again after you downloaded the file, unless you don't care about Chrome phising and malware warnings.
OR you can simply press CTRL-J to see your downloads and then choose to keep the file anyway.

Same issue here. Apparently it's a new policy from google and it's not going to go the other way.

Go to the chrome settings, then go to the security settings and disable the stuff, see if it works.

It works but Windows virus protection may block it next so be aware.

Same thing I did. Edge has been re-vamped and updated, too. It's been working really well and I've had zero problems with it.
