I just installed the game. Started a new game with Niko, got into a police car so I get a shotgun.
With no reload my ammo in the magazine doesnt decrease (main ammo still does) With unlimited ammo I had like 1487 ammo. Same with a pistole.
So cheats are working fine here. But I also have the Steam version. If you expect that ammo (both values) are frozen when you use both cheats then this is a misunderstanding. Unlimited ammo only gives you plenty and no reload only prevents the ammo in the magazine from decreasing.

@0x90 I Just tried loading the game, it keeps on wanting to launch R* launcher, how the heck did you guys make a Steam exclusive trainer? That R* thing wants to takeover constantly. I am deleting the game & redownloading it, then I'll make sure it has everything setup to make sure it runs good. Hopefully it won't force R*'s launcher. If you have a workaround to force it to not load R* Launcher I'd love to hear it.
EDIT: I just finished installing the game from Steam, it instantly loaded R* launcher, and this is the newest debug log. R* Launcher is a royal pain.

Rockstar games on Steam also uses the Rockstar Launcher. Just like Ubisoft games on Steam also uses the UPlay client.
But you can also buy the game from Rockstar Launcher directly. The message you get is just a notice. In this case you can ignore it.
