I dont have the game but this is what I found on Steam forum. Nowhere it says anything about anticheat or preventing you from using it only that it disabled achievements.
Wikipedia describes the game as following "The Stanley Parable is an interactive drama and walking simulator". I have doubts we will make a trainer for it.
