Use CoSMOS and see if you can cheat this private world successfully.
Or don't because it's NOT going to work. I have a 1st sub and the private worlds are random empty servers that are blocked for others. Otherwise there are no differences whatsoever in the client/server datastreams.
Do private worlds work offline, without internet connection? If no, then a trainer will most likely won't be created.

This will work as long as nobody is in your private server. I was talking to one of the developers of Fallout 76 privately and he said as long as nobody is in your private server its fine but don't use it when others players are in your private server that you invited and off the private server. So it is possible and can be done. But only on your private server with yourself in it only.

I would love to see a Trainer made for individual use and think if the devs say it would work as long as it is just you in the server then that would be entirely the responsibility of the player and not the Trainer maker so i am asking please could you un retire this Trainer (make a Trainer please) many would appreciate this chance
