Why don't you start by verifying your File Cache on Steam. Then delete the trainer you have and reboot. Then dload a new copy.
Make sure you have an exception for the trainer in your antivirus program. Run As Admin and try it again.

Verify the trainer version matches the game version: Check
Verify file integrity in Steam: Check
Delete the trainer, reboot, and download it again: Check
Add an exception to the anti-virus program: Check
Run the trainer as Administrator: Check
Still gives me the same errors.
(FYI, I am not new to using the trainers. This is the first trainer that isn't working for me)

Launch trainer as admin -> launch game -> wait till you are all the way in-game where you can move units around in the campaign -> activate trainer.
I have tried that as it is written in the instructions.
I have also tried to create a new game in both "Rise and Fall" and "Gathering Storm" DLC, but in both cases, the trainer can't find the .dll (the error that I have posted on the first thread).
Scratching my head at the moment as to why it isn't working.
