Splinter Cell: Double Agent Message Board  

I'm trying to play Splinter cell: Double Agent with an XBox 360 controller. I get to the point where I have toggled the USE CONTROLLER to ON position (is the TRAINER HOTKEYS toggle supposed to be ON or OFF if the controller toggle is on?)
I start the game, and hold down the Right stick and press the Left bumper (i hear Trainer Activated) as told to, but after that I dont know how to enable the cheats that I want. I tried to hold the right stick down and press a desired button, but I don't hear anything telling me that the cheat has been activated. Are all the cheats activated when I activate the trainer?
