does the unlock challenges make achievements pop? seems like it would since the challanges are the achievements

Thank you! I didn't want to have to wipe my save if it turned out that it didn't.

Looks like it doesn't provide the Steam acheivments, or at least it didn't for me. So one can still complete the challenges to some extent while having everything from the shop. Good deal.

I noticed when I disable the unlimited health for the game to get past a certain scene of the game (when Jill has the parasite), I cannot turn it off in order to eat the green herb to have her puke it up. Even with the cheat disabled and restarting the game from the last save point without the cheat on, she still has unlimited health. Anyway to disable this without having to start a new game?

Same here, I kept her infected and completed the quest, once you completed and leaving the zone there will be a short scene that she puke herself.
P.S. the team have updated the trainer you can now edit the current health to let Jill to use green herb

All of them doesn't need to keep activated, just activate once and save your game then turn it off you will be fine.

Just to confirm everyone else here, completed one play through (now tested several times) with options (default key binds) 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 F1 and divide (/) used and no problems with game crashes. Concerning the parasite/bug cut scene, turn off unlimited health, key 2, set health to 200, as per first poster,(using the editor) eat the herb, vomit it up, then reactivate unlimited health and your fixed.

You can start the game with unlimited health now, I am unsure of if the save game file reflects this option before a save to the power plant area.

I normally lurk so this is my first post. Just a heads-up, I'm on the Z version of this game, so maybe there are some code differences that's causing the crashes.

1. The game will crash when I load a save if I activate the trainer on the main menu. It works fine if I activate it after I load the save.

2. However, the game will crash when I make a save with the trainer activated.

3. Reset Gameplay Clock, No Reload, No Recoil comes up with a "Script error in line 1: Cannot find aob" for either of them.

Besides the above 3 issues, everything else works as intended. I've attach a save file, though I'm on the Z version I read that it's not interchangeable with the base game so it's probably moot, but here it is anyway.

In the mean time, I guess I'll finish the game in one sitting with the working options.
