Do you have any tips on what the most efficient way to grind for XP is for campaign? Any levels + mods?

Start on a new save slot and complete the first level, then unlock all missions and play sentinel prime, after you are finished, delete the save, rinse and repeat.

Wow sentinel prime is very short especially with game speed increased. The long part is the first level.
I just noticed the latest trainers for DOOM Eternal only say
they're for Steam...will they still work for the Bethesda version?

I've just tried it myself, and apparently inf. ammo, including chainsaw fuel and even inf. blood punch ain't working. I think the latest trainer only works for Steam & Steam alone.

doubtful, since nobody is posting it needs update. but who knows. file an update request and if three other people post it will get looked at

Well I played it on the 18th n 19th had no problems with those options and that was right up to the end of the game.
