Not sure if its related to the trainer or its by design but when playing in Nightmare Zone the items you have in inventory are decremented after usage, while when I played before the game update (412459) in green zone the items stayed in your inventory.
e.g. repairing or fueling a car, loading/ unloading ammo, throwing grenades, ...
Other thing is that you can still die when unlimited health & stamina are enabled.

Yeah, even the latest update from a few hours ago isn't completely as before....
no "unlimited" fueling/repairing or looting.
Great work on the fast rebuild of the trainer thou, thanks for that.
But it seems the game as thrown a few dastardly twists that aren't completely covered 🙂

I'll try again and post my findings in more detail (and hopefully a recording).
Edit:
Video 1: As you can see from the videos in Lethal mode you can only pickup items once (so if you pickup one bandage you can't reopen the container to get a second one (and repeat))

I see. So in lethal mode, which I never heard of, don't know what it is, haven't played, and the trainer likely wasn't created with, and likely wasn't around when the trainer was created, the trainer won't work.
My guess is that maybe there is some new function or whatever for lethal mode.
You can see in my video that it IS working here for my game and type of game. I can try to make a second option or whatever but the code is basically identical to the original game from way back.
I have no experience or even anything to say about lethal mode.
