The game version has been the same since June 4, 2021. It's still v1.0.19. The refill agent option won't work for me either even though the instructions have been followed to the letter, tried running normally and as administrator, restarted the game, the trainer, steam, even the pc, it won't work.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
I am having trouble with the refill agents option. Everytime I try to use it, it causes the game to crash on the following week.

I can't get the trainer to work.
I'm running the GOG version 1.0.20 and get the following error:

10:44:54: You are running the 32bit version of the game but the trainer was made for the 64bit version.

There seems to be no other version on GOG. I also tried running the game as admin, to no avail.
Can anyone help?

It may be you have go into the files and find a launcher or different .exe that is 64bit.
