I renamed it to a jpg. It was in png format.

Delete trainer and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer

this time try activating once in the game and your character is loaded.

Anyone have a editor or a list of items... i seem to be missing a "head" and I rather not reload a old save and try to figure out how i missed the darn thing.

I'm attaching a screen shot of the error message I'm getting.
I'm running the Xbox GamePass version of the game on my PC.
I'm not sure if this is the problem but the Trainer in running a older version of the game.
It's running version 1.0.4916.0 WGS.
And the game is on version 1.0.5007.0(5007).

@GenghisTebo: Looks like the game got patched and the trainer needs to be updated. Fill out an update request
