Royal Jelly Option not working

Hi, the Change Royal Jelly option is not working with the recent update. All other options are still working correctly except for Change Royal Jelly. Confirmed there is a value in the field of 200. Do i need to go to a specific screen before enabling the option? Can't seem to get it to work at all.
