Thats odd. Maybe the file is to large? Did you try to add it via the attach Cosmos file option? It says that, Only .cosmos and .ct files are permitted and not to use spaces or special characters in filenames. Any easy solution would be to upload the file on googledrive or another file storing place and post that link here.
