The infinite health does not work. I just tried it and the other people in the game can shoot me and kill me.

Please delete the trainer, custom keys, debug folder where the trainer resides and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.

Worked like a charm

So I upgraded to Windows 11 and now whenever I choose Infinite Health, my arms disappear and I cant move. I have tried running the game then launching the trainer to no avail. All the other options work just fine.

I can confirmed that enabling inf health & moving to next area will make hands disappear, after pressing home twice on my controller I then realized I had "died". Disabling that option, & restart my load save will allow me to continue.

i have also cleared temps & re-download the trainer..
it seems not to be working anymore because of the aftershock DLC update

I am getting this error message: cannot find aob for 'originalcode_4382'
help?

If the Trainer isn't working correctly, Please put in an update request.

Just a heads up that posts with issues here and not update requests, don't get looked at. Help yourselves and others by putting in that update request if the trainer is running into issues.
