From what I can tell, this game is a online game with major focus on Multiplayer, with only the survival mode as a experimental single player thing.
and from what I can gather data is stored server side.
unless this game will have a full offline option, the answer will be a No.

Ty mate. yes there is a single-player survival mode and soon to be released skirmish mode which is against the AI. much like Stronghold crusader series.
