downloaded latest trainer from here:

ran game
At main menu, ran the crcbypass program:

MHWResetCRC.exe

Click OK twice on bypass.

Press F1 to activate trainer.

Says Activated.

Toggled on ALL options, just to make sure.

Loaded save.

No crash.

Loaded into optional hunt to test options with animals and etc.

No crash.

Went back to main menu, then tried again.

No crashes.

Trainer and bypass working, and working as intended here.

Monster Hunter World Trainer 420540 15.02.00 ICEBORNE (OFFLINE USE ONLY)

This version does run fine in Monster Hunter World as of Oct 13 2020.
However, that trainer is its own thing. There's an editor to go with it, and that editor is Monster Hunter World Editor 15.01.00 (OFFLINE MODE USE ONLY)
which is for version 15.01.00 and does NOT work currently.

There may be some confusion due to the fact that the file is wrongly named in its folder - long ago it was xxxxxEditor.exe but sometime ago the name was switched to xxxxxTrainer.exe in error.

So to clarify - the Trainer that's correctly named a Trainer does work, but the Editor that's wrongly named Trainer does NOT work. Both have separate functions and are equally useful to this game.

I have attached the current trainer and current editor versions below for easy comparison.

Yup just came to second that. The trainer, which has different options and a new version, does work. The -editor- which is different, is out of date, and edits inventory and such, is crashing. As previous poster noted, it's still called a trainer but the function is different.

Please re-report and make sure to include that it is for #2. Monster Hunter World Editor 15.01.00. The reports were deleted when trainer got updated so I can't see how many reports had "EDITOR" included in it. I'll PM 0x90 to keep an eye out for them.

New editor is ready, just waiting on Pwizard to post it. He needed to step out for a bit.

That's how ya do it eh? Alright, thanks for clarifying. Only game I play with two executables. Grateful to have 'em both too.

So, I'm having a bit of an odd issue, but I don't know if it's something weird on my end, or an actual issue. Trying to use the Editor, so:

1. Start Steam/Monster hunter in offline mode

2. Open the Editor

3. Click "ok" on the bypass

4. "Success, click ok to close this bypass". Click "ok"

5. Game Crashes.

*However*: if I use the bypass that comes with the *Trainer* instead of the one that comes with (and automatically opens when launching) the Editor, the above steps do *not* lead to a crash, and allow me to use the Editor perfectly fine.

Additionally, launching the Editor, then clicking the X on the bypass before doing anything else with it, or right-clicking the bypass and clicking "close" will also result in a game crash, even if I have not clicked "ok" to use the bypass, and have not activated the Editor or Trainer. But again, this *only* happens with the bypass that is included with the Editor, and not with the bypass that comes with the Trainer.

So, like I said, I can make it work just fine, so it's not an urgent need. But my thought is that the bypass that is packed with the Editor has not been updated, unlike the bypass included with the Trainer.

I just ran the CRC from the Editor, I have no problems. Maybe it was updated? Either way, it works.
