Yep i did download it now it's says

I have downloaded the trainer and upon starting it I get a message saying I need to download .Net code. I have already downloaded this and have tried downloading older versions, even the one recommended in the description and I still get the message when I start the trainer. I am using the steam version of the trainer. Any suggested fixes?

make sure you download BOTH versions from these links:

Have all of the following installed.

.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x64 Link
.NET Framework (get latest) Link

(Both x86 and x64 of the .Net Core MUST be installed)

Reboot PC when done.
