Death due to health loss in most cases is a good thing, as a fall or if an enemy grabs you, its better to die than get stuck in an endless death animation loop, but maybe a insteant health top off option would be nice if you accidentally step in goop or take your helmet off BEFORE pressurising the airlock.

Getting one hit killed sounds like scripted death. Can you provide a savegame so I don't have to play hours before I can actually see if a trainer is possible?

I made it passed that part, so unfortunately i cannot provide the save. The game has no chapter select option. Hopefully someone else gets to the part im talking about and will provide one.
