The trainer for this game was for retail or disk version of the game. This game is like 8+ years old. We no longer own the retail disks nor own this on steam. The request system is to update trainers for the version of the game distribution that exists. If you don't own the retail version, you cannot possibly know if the trainer works or not for it.

For STEAM, there is a process here and system to request new version of trainer for alternate platforms (like steam, epic, gamepass).

With that said, this title is so old and likely unpopular that it would never get funded, but you can contact PWizard to try.
