Doing the same for me, I tried the restart and a few different versions of the trainer. Kept coming up with that same couldn't find unlimited health line when I tried to activate. I have the game on Epic.

are you using the correct trainer version of Outer Worlds?

I should be, I’m using the latest trainer on Aurora and downloaded the most recent version of the game off of Epic. I tried older versions of the trainer as well.

Try a clean install on Epic. Make sure to run Aurora as admin and make sure to choose Epic as platform and use the latest trainer. the one at the top.

A clean install seems to have cleared it up, thanks for the help.
