Hi, i get some bugs, i cant send out carriers to get food or anything else. and the specialist cant move after a while.. AND they arent using my resources that i cheated, i have 400 metal and not beeing used..

Same issue. Components, Parts are showing up on the above bar but when u attempt to build using those resources they dont register.
What's happening is when you add resources a little crate spawns somewhere near the cursor on the map (sometimes inside buildings) and adds the counter to the top. Only if you have sufficient carriers will they pick it up. Other times it'll just sit there for ages. I think what needs to happen is clicking on either the Stockpile, Warehouse etc and then adding resources so it spawns on the collection points rather than just randomly dumping it someplace nearby.

Anyone have any look with the instant build? I have enabled the trainer and i open the cheat menu and i have ticked to enable the instant build but when i place something down to build it gets built as normal.
the cheat menu is part of the game itself and is a developer tool. it may be that you have to select the building first or some other thing. We didn't try all 300 things you can do with it and make instructions on how they work completely. Maybe someone here can do that, if they have time.
The cheat menu has way more than a trainer would ever have, and was built by the developers so it likely works in a way that is more correct than us trying to hack these things. Also they may have disabled some code, or changed it for full release, no idea.
