Unfortunately skill points still doesn’t work after trainer update, now game crashes as soon as I try to change value, also I noticed that trainer identifies all skill points I’ve earned, which means with already spent points, not skill points which left to spent. All other options, old and new, works perfect. Please check it if possible

Please delete the trainer, custom keys, debug folder where the trainer resides and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.

This cleaner is also part of the new Cheat Happens Trainer Manager 2.0, it is found in the settings and has an easy to use one button click feature.

Done, problem remains the same, insta-crash after changing value of skill points. It's not a big issue for me, I found a way to edit skill points myself, I just wanted that all options of this trainer works perfectly for all.
If no one answered regarding this issue exept me - than I guess it's problem with my pc.

May be cloud saves, have you tried turning then off and using local saves only?

Just tried turning off cloud saves, also tried offline mode, same issue, changing skill points value craches the game, all other options of this trainer works perfectly

I can confirm it doesn't work, the offset value is wrong for a reason I don't know. All I did was starting campaign mode but its now also in free play wrong, weird. Another fixed trainer will be posted soon.
