Haven't bought a single game on the Epic store and never plan to (unless they stop with their anti-consumer exclusives.) I'll buy on Steam down the road most likely if I don't still have a Game Pass sub active at that time.

Except that the process of WORKING on games that are running in the microsoft store app space can be a super pain. Not to mention we have no idea if anticheats or kernel mod programs are going to be a thing with this title.

So, with that said, it's likely going to be EPIC, or if the game comes out earlier somewhere else, then THAT.

Maybe it's time to open an epic store account, then. Meh.

Why not just do "Requests" for both versions. Then which ever version hits 100% first is the version that is made first. I really don't understand why this has to be up for debate each time. Then add a option to help fund the work on the second version while "Requests" are made. Hell I know I wuouldn't mind kicking in, say a $1 for a second version if the version I requested didn't hit the 100% mark first.

Because that isn't always what we use to make the game. I just explained why I would work using almost ANY OTHER Platform than Windows Store version FIRST. Mainly so we can actually work on the trainer without all of the M$ bull that slows us down or prevents us from working on games.

I'm guessing the Epic trainer wouldn't work for the Microsft store version?
If not, that is kind of sad since I refuse to deal with Epic while they are doing their scummy practices. 😭

does this mean I should buy Outer Worlds for PS4 then? I was thinking of buying a PC copy on Green Man Gaming in the hopes there might be a game trainer I could use to cheat my way through the game with but from the previous posts it sounds like the PS4 would be easier to play.
