We currently don't have any Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. From my experience you can log out when you sign into your Battlenet account in game, if you log out you effectively cut off co-op and multiplayer.
However that doesn't mean it still doesn't use server sided info for the single player either. The game isn't so bad as long as you can keep in cover to reheal (higher difficulties you have no chance of that).
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I doubt you will see a trainer or even a CE table for the game, well for the legit version of course.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
