I'm not sure if our lads could do that either, I don't recall ever seeing an option like that.
It would have to be done by submitting an Option Request (above) to see if it's possible.

You would need a BL3 save file editor for something like that. The one that was made for BL2 was able to reverse mission completion and complete missions not done yet. Maybe one of the save file editors out there could do the same. Not possible for a trainer since it just alters memory addresses.
There are some out there now, but I personally would wait for Rick @gibbed to finish his AKA Ricks Game Stuff.
One of the things I've noticed about the trainer... is that if you have the unlimited health activated, it automatically gives you unlimited shields as well.
I occasionally use the shields that have events on depletion and refill, would be nice if unlimited shields wouldn't be a side effect of unlimited health (unl. shields option is never turned on).
Just something I noticed.
Most likely reading old data from your temp directory where it was active at the time,
Delete all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
then run game without trainer, save and exit to restore save file, re-run with trainer, should correct it.

If you mean the various buffs and events like those that come with different shields, I think you may have to start a session without the trainer's unlimited health (or shield) options on to see them.
I had to do that with a fight in the Bounty Of Blood DLC. The enemy was also getting an unlimited Shield when I used that option and couldn't be killed unless I left it off. Not a huge problem, but It happens now and then in some games.
