I cannot reproduce this with the trainer for full game we posted today
all options working as intended.

the option still is not working for me all other options work
the players are still getting B, C ratings with simulated training instead of A's
did you use some other method to activate the options?
did you use the option before you put the player's in the training slots or after?
are you playing career with online active?
are saves shareable?
is there a save where you can send and I can test this immediately with your save?
otherwise, testing here works, and I have no suggestions or ideas how to address this
If this problem is common and happening with most people, we may just remove the option.
