On Hold. People considering buying CH who aren't familiar with your jargon cannot be expected to know that means you do not intend to fix this trainer. This should be stated directly.

On hold means just that, ON HOLD, there is no sense in fixing a trainer that will be broken by a new patch in minutes upon being released. A lot of work is involved in updating a trainer for a new version of a game that has completely new code and we support thousands of games, no just this one game. If it were NOT going to be considered for fixing or updating, then it would be marked as RETIRED and no more work will be done on this trainer.

Yes, I understand that now. But people often assume, perhaps wrongly, that a business will not sell devices that don't work. So, even though the status says On Hold, trusting folks will assume that it does work now. As it might, in your case, or maybe not. It does appear that you are unwilling to be upfront about whether your devices work or not. There is hope that prospective CH buyers will be intrepid enough to read this discussion. Nuf said.

In the event that a trainer is not working and is either ON HOLD or even RETIRED, we offer a free no charge script creator called CoSMOS where members can make their own cheats or duplicate the ones in said trainer. It's even free for non-members. If you can't make scripts with CoSMOS for any reason, you can ask freely in the forums for help and even other members have been known to make scripts on request.

I did look at cosmos. It looks a lot like hex editor. Having been an Assembly language programmer in my younger days, I know about such things. Most of your customers don't I suspect.

A user who would not trust himself to delete a directory that still has content (remember dos) or is mystified by Winzip for example, or who would not use Regedit to edit the Windows registry would not dare to tread there.

In any case, my hex edit days are over. I'm not going to fool with the PD executable or the save game file.

There really is no excuse for not being upfront about whether your product works.

I should mention that this trainer now works as I described earlier. Start it after PD is completely loaded. You can give yourself money on the Editor page. Then activate the trainer. That will work. Best is to immediately save your game and exit. Then start PD without the trainer. You will have your money. But if you try to use Unlimited Stamina or No Exhaustion, PD will crash to desktop when you try to save your game.

The above applies if you are using a game file that was started before PD v 4.2 and you now have 4.3. When you activate the trainer, Current Exhaustion Level shows as a huge minus number, so the trainer is obviously reading exhaustion from the wrong memory location.

If you start a new game with PD 4.3, this trainer still works as it should including the No Exhaustion and Unlimited Stamina settings.

With the new pd 4.4, I see that I can load a newer game file, and then switch to an older one without closing pd. If I do it that way, this trainer works as it is with the older file. I did not try this with 4.3. Loading an older game file first directly still does not work.

I can appreciate that ch might find it frustrating to deal with such strange behavior.

Which is exactly why it was put on hold.
