Getting kind of sick of this now. If you're not Lifetime plus, you don't really have a say in what platform a trainer gets released on.
I think out of fairness, the main platforms should have trainers released for them. Steam, Epic, Gamepass. We've paid. Is that not enough?
Genuinely not feeling like a customer right now. All of Cal's replies are blunt, and it seems as though no care goes in to customer interaction at all. Sick of seeing the equivalent of "Too bad, so sad. Pay more then."
The more replies I see to a customer's post, the more I regret purchasing the lifetime plan.
It's pot luck every time a game is released on multiple platforms whether the one someone owns gets CH support.

We don't have the manpower to make 3 copies of every trainer for every game distribution out there. It takes a TON of time to make these trainers. When you subscribed to Lifetime in 2014 there was only one distribution platform. So we're just supposed to crank out more and more content than in 2014 as the same price you paid back then, that's fairness? Sorry, but no. If you would like a refund of the probably $29 you paid for Lifetime back in 2014 then I will be happy to do so and you can find another trainer service that puts out more trainers than us and supports every major platform and distribution. (SECRET: You won't find one).
So, yes, those people that support our site for things that didn't exist years ago are the ones that help drive what we do. If you don't think that's fair, then yes the answer is too bad.

I literally worked from 7am until 4am the next day 3 times this week.. updating trainers and fulfilling user requests and etc.
I think Chris was actually too nice to you. Without lifetime plus, we likely would have completely changed the site or moved to another field of work. Members who see the ton of content and the endless and depressing amount of work we deal with, and gave more to us are the ONLY reason we can stay afloat. This list is getting larger and larger.
we supported Forza 4 through 42 patches of pure hell since 2018. each update can take 2 hours or more due to the anticheats in it. If someone were to release this on EPIC, I would tell them to buy it on windows store or play without a trainer, without HESITATION. We cannot provide updates to all games of all platforms as well as put out trainers for all games requested, while trying to add all options requested. There just isn't enough time in the day. I am already working 21 hours days at times as it is..
Cheathappens may not be the best site for you. Perhaps the responses you are getting from the site are not favorable to you because of YOUR posts to begin with.
There is NO PROMISE that we will release trainers for every existence of every platform of a title that is released. It's not feasible. If this is unacceptable to you, then maybe some other site can fulfill the reality you are trying to have. We also have no idea what options can be made, if any, nor the problems that may arise from developers releasing unfinished games onto the public well before they should, and the 100 patches after that. Then you add two more platforms, it TRIPLES the work, and this is for games that might be in early access for 3 years or more. It's simply NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Yes, its TOO BAD if you expect this from our site, or really any other trainer site.
If I were you, I'd take the refund and go find the place that fits your mentality and expectations, if you can find it.
This is about as nice as I can be responding to this. Apologies if my insane work schedule coupled with user postings like yours have made me salty at times. That IS on me and I will try to do better, but I am human. Also, at times, the answer is just NO and people will have to accept it. If we have time, or unlimited time, then we would do everything requested every time. But that's not reality.
I suggest you take your complaints, also, to another section of the site, rather than dirtying up the Children of Morta thread with non-trainer specific issues.
