Anybody know how to get more commander perks when customizing the commander?

Tried searching for numbers shown at top and found that it was 65585 for 1, 65586 for 2 etc. Locking that address does not allow for more perk points though, only locks the visible amount of points.

Looking for the same thing. Unfortunately I think it's going to require editing the files.

There are a couple of mods that will let you get more perk points, the issue is that you can only select one item from each list, the mod I have gives you 3 extra points (you take it from the flaws section, but it has no negative attached) and you can pretty much pick any one of the options from each list doing so.
